FirstDigital Communications is seeking a full-time progressive individual to ensure company’s needs are met through professional and effective collection and accounts receivable procedures. We are looking for a strong communicator and problem-solver who exudes tact and empathy. The main role of this position is to make outbound calls to our customer base regarding account receivable concerns and questions. This candidate must be focused, self-motivated, dependable, and dedicated to providing excellent service. This position offers the ability to mainly work from home, as long as expectations are met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Assist with appropriate collection actions to bring delinquent accounts to good standing. · Call customers regarding missing payments, declined payments, payment returns, and other departmental needs. · Research overdue account balances. · Set-up payment plans when necessary. · Help generate service suspension lists and orders. · Communicate and coordinate within and across departments. · Input accurate customer financial information. · Work with 3rd party collections vendor as needed. · Accomplish department and organization KPI’s by completing related projects as needed. Required Skills: · 3+ years’ experience in related field. · Excellent written and verbal communication. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to learn quickly. · Must be detail-oriented. · Proficient with Microsoft Suite Products. · Commercial telecom experience is a plus.
