Position Overview: Netflix is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our Talent Team and lead the change management and project management efforts for the migration of Workday to AWS. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth, effective transition, minimizing disruption to Talent operations, all Netflix employees and our subsidiaries, and contingent talent. In addition to owning change management, you will be responsible for driving use case identification, coordinating user acceptance testing, and leading post-migration hypercare to ensure the Talent team s needs are met throughout the migration process. Your expertise in project management, change leadership, and HR systems will be critical to our success. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end project management for the Workday to AWS migration for the Talent team, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop and implement change management strategies to support the Talent team adoption and minimize resistance. Partner with technology and finance teams to align project timelines, resources, and communication as well as build and execute on a change communication plan. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success. Create and deliver training, documentation, and support resources for impacted users. Track project milestones, report on progress, and communicate updates to leadership. Map and document critical Talent team workflows and business processes impacted by the migration, ensuring all scenarios are addressed and tested. Work with Talent workstreams to write test cases and end-to-end test scenarios, validation, and quality assurance efforts for the migration. Requirements: Strong change management expertise, with a track record of driving successful organizational change. Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in HR systems. Experience in use case identification, test writing, and user acceptance testing. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Haves or Preferred Skills: Experience with Workday and/or AWS migrations is highly desirable. .
