First Student Inc. is Hiring Mechanics Lake Charles, LA Our Mechanics Deserve the Best Benefits Mechanic Benefits: • $25.35-$33.50 per hour • Mechanic wages based on location, experience, and qualifications (NOT flat-rate pay) • Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM full-time, day shift (occasional Saturday - Sunday) • ASE incentive of $.25/hour for each relevant ASE obtained • Company paid mechanic training and exams • Annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses • Discounts on cell phone plans, cars, and more through the Perk Spot program! • Paid time off and paid Holidays • Mechanic benefits package including medical, dental, vision, & 401(k) Mechanic Requirements: • Mechanic with at least 3 years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles • Mechanic must have a valid driver's license and a willingness to obtain a CDL - don't worry, we will train you for this! • A mechanic's tool set About First Student Inc.
