Broad Street 2nd Floor Philadelphia, PA 19122 Job Summary Join our dynamic overnight warehouse team as an Overnight Warehouse Associate! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to efficient warehouse operations during nighttime hours. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, handling materials with precision, and operating heavy equipment safely. Responsibilities • Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes. • Perform order picking with RF scanners and pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, crane systems, and other heavy equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards. • Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and tracking within the warehouse management system. • Handle materials with care during storage, retrieval, and transportation to prevent damage and ensure safety. • Assist in warehouse distribution tasks, including load & unload activities, ensuring timely movement of goods throughout the facility. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to heavy lifting and materials handling. Skills • Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order picking. • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks. • Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and safety systems. • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory control. • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading tasks. • Previous experience in construction or warehouse supervisor roles is a plus for leadership potential.
