We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Developer who can own projects end-to-end, from architecture and development to deployment and optimization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working with modern frameworks, and delivering polished, performance-focused websites and applications for clients. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and leadership to create scalable digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, and custom integrations that support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and client websites. • Build modern frontends using frameworks such as React, Vue, Solid.js, or similar. • Develop backend systems using PHP (Laravel, WordPress, Drupal), Node.js, Go, or comparable technologies. • Architect and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Implement and integrate APIs, third-party services, and marketing tools. • Develop and customize CMS and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.). • Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, and scalability. • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar). • Collaborate with marketing teams to support analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization. • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical improvements for client platforms. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of full-stack development experience. • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and experience with modern frontend frameworks. • Backend development experience with PHP or similar server-side languages. • Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, and DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of API architecture and integrations. • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-services environment (preferred). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with WebAssembly, Rust, or C++. • Familiarity with headless CMS architectures. • Experience with marketing automation, analytics, or tracking systems. • DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization experience (Docker/Kubernetes). • Open-source contributions or personal technical projects.
