High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years related experience in facility maintenance or similar.
First State Bank is seeking a Facilities Manager for our banking locations. If you have experience with internal and external building maintenance this may be a good fit for you! Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Must be available to work Saturdays. Part Time benefits will apply, including paid time off after one year of service, 401k, ESOP and more! Duties and Responsibilities: The Facilities Manager will perform all duties required of this position by following policies and procedures set forth by First State Bank, including, but not limited to: * Ensures all physical facilities of the bank are in proper working order and that proper maintenance is performed on the HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping. * Researches and procures bids for facility maintenance and facility improvements. * Monitors contractors that are responsible for facility maintenance. (Window washers, HVAC filter changes, etc.) Collaborates with the Security Officer to maintain security and alarm systems at all locations. * Transports items to and from locations when applicable. * Collects and empties trash as needed. * Maintains lawn care, landscaping, and sidewalks on a seasonal basis. Collects and disposes of any litter on the properties. * Maintains pneumatic tube systems at all locations. * Works with branch managers to manage supplies for each branch. * Changes the water and air filters at all locations. * Replaces lightbulbs both inside and outside at all locations. * Cleans the roofs and gutters as necessary. * Develops monthly maintenance schedules and executes maintenance accordingly for all locations. * Develops monthly/yearly budget for maintenance expenses and facility improvements for all locations. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 2. Three to five years related experience and/or training required.
