Enter loan payments and refunds, update accounting databases, prepare audit documents, and assist the accounting team lead.
Requires 1+ year accounting or administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills, and an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Description: • Entering loan payments, repo sales, and service cancellation refunds into our loan management system on a daily basis • Recording and tracking payments, updating spreadsheets and other accounting databases accordingly • Preparing documents for external audit, as well as assisting with other side projects from time to time • Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Team Lead • Report to Accounting Team Lead; temporary three (3) month assignment Requirements: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields preferred • Demonstrated historical career stability • At least 1 year’s experience related accounting or administration • Proficiency in MS Office including strong Excel skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities Benefits: • Great Perks – We offer generous salaries • Culture - We are believers in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
