Provide remote tier one support to merchant clients and sales partners by assisting with credit card terminal and account-related questions.
Must be tech savvy with experience in customer service or sales over the phone, self-managed, and able to maintain a professional home workspace with fast internet.

You’re excited to innovate, build, create. Upbeat communicator; outstanding bedside manner Puzzle solver, resourceful, you can find workarounds. Self-Managed You need to be a little tech savvy; we use Microsoft Sharepoint and Office for most of what we do. Credit card terminals aren’t tricky; you’ll need to walk people through how to do some functions over the phone. You’re thinking to yourself, “I can’t not work with these people.” Background Qualifications: There are a lot of scenarios that qualify and skills transfer; real-world experience working with people on the phone (sales, customer service, owning your own business…) Your background check has to pass a high bar. Sorry, no axe murders. Workspace Qualifications: Where you do this work needs to sound professionally right on to callers. Fast internet; you’ll be on an IP phone and your computer at the same time. You’ll use your own computer, and we’ll send you a large monitor – you’ll want to see this business on a larger screen. Training: You’ll get specially trained and certified by FFUSA. Training is on the phone, online accessing our systems and using Microsoft Teams. Location: Remote.
