Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our financial products and services while delivering outstanding member experiences. You will work closely with the branch team to support growth initiatives and enhance member engagement. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will assist in marketing campaigns and community outreach to increase brand awareness. - You will support branch operations by processing transactions and maintaining accurate records. - You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify opportunities for business development. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty. - You will participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and industry trends. - You will help organize and attend local events to promote the credit union. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or customer service. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with members. - You possess basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and checking accounts. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using banking software. - You demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community bank environment. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Bilingual abilities to serve diverse member populations. - Certification in financial services or marketing is a plus.
