Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experience and driving growth within our branch network. You will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, building lasting relationships with members, and supporting the branch team to meet sales and service objectives. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and member engagement. - You will collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless service delivery and member satisfaction. - You will assist in organizing community outreach events to promote the credit union’s brand and services. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights. - You will support the branch manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services, marketing, or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse members. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or banking environment. - Knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and investment accounts. - Marketing certification or relevant coursework. - Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse member base.
