What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or sales. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members. - You possess knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within a credit union or banking environment. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community bank. - Marketing or sales certification. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
