Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing member experience and driving growth within our branch network. You will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, building lasting relationships with members, and supporting the branch team to meet sales and service objectives. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will actively promote credit union products such as loans, savings accounts, and credit cards. - You will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase member engagement. - You will collaborate with branch staff to ensure a seamless and positive member experience. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities. - You will participate in community outreach events to raise awareness of the credit union. - You will support the branch manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or sales. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members. - You possess knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within a credit union or banking environment. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community bank. - Marketing or sales certification. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
