Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing member experience and driving growth within our branch network. You will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, building lasting relationships with members, and supporting the branch team to meet sales and service objectives. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will actively promote credit union offerings including loans, savings accounts, and other financial solutions. - You will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase member engagement and product uptake. - You will collaborate with branch staff to ensure a seamless and positive member experience. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities. - You will participate in community outreach events to raise awareness of the credit union’s services. - You will provide support in resolving member inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. - You will contribute to achieving branch sales goals and overall business growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services, marketing, or sales roles. - Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans, deposits, and credit services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage tasks. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Bilingual abilities to serve diverse member populations.
