Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing member engagement and driving the growth of our branch network. You will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, building lasting relationships with members, and supporting the overall member experience in Pocomoke City. What You'll Do: - You will actively promote and market First Financial’s financial products and services to new and existing members. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. - You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase member acquisition and retention. - You will assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests to ensure a positive member experience. - You will participate in community outreach events to raise awareness of First Financial’s offerings and strengthen community ties. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and marketing activities in compliance with regulatory requirements. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights for marketing initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and checking accounts. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Marketing or sales certification. - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
