You will work closely with the branch team to drive growth, build lasting relationships, and support the credit union's mission of financial empowerment. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase member acquisition and retention. - You will collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless service delivery and member satisfaction. - You will conduct financial needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to members. - You will participate in community outreach events to promote the credit union's brand and services. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities. - You will assist in training new team members on marketing and member service best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or sales. - Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and investment options. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members. - Ability to analyze member needs and provide customized financial solutions. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Certification in financial planning or marketing. - Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
