Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing member engagement and driving growth within our branch network. You will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, building lasting relationships with members, and supporting the overall member experience in Pocomoke City. What You'll Do: - You will actively promote and market First Financial’s financial products and services to new and existing members. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. - You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to achieve branch sales goals and enhance member satisfaction. - You will participate in community outreach and marketing events to increase brand awareness and attract new members. - You will assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests to ensure a positive experience. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities in compliance with credit union policies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position First Financial’s services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or sales, preferably within a credit union or banking environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with members. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals. - Knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and investment options. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking setting. - Certification in financial services or marketing. - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
