Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our financial products and services while delivering outstanding member experiences. You will work closely with the branch team to drive growth and enhance member satisfaction through effective marketing and service strategies. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and member engagement. - You will collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless service delivery and support sales goals. - You will track and report on marketing activities and member feedback to inform continuous improvement. - You will participate in community outreach events to promote the credit union and build relationships. - You will assist in training new team members on marketing and service protocols. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and team members. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support marketing initiatives. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. - Certification in financial services or marketing. - Bilingual skills to support diverse member populations.
