Role Overview: As a Financial Services - Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our financial products and services while delivering outstanding member experiences. This position involves engaging with members to understand their needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and supporting branch marketing initiatives to drive growth and member satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will support branch marketing campaigns and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness. - You will assist in the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. - You will collaborate with branch staff to meet sales goals and enhance member retention. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable guidance. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your financial and marketing skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and investment options. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or banking environment. - Marketing or sales certification. - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
