What You'll Do: - You will engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and member engagement. - You will collaborate with branch staff to support sales goals and deliver exceptional service. - You will conduct financial needs assessments and provide tailored solutions. - You will participate in community outreach and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. - You will maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activities. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in financial services or marketing roles. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members. - You possess knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, and investment options. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and sales. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a credit union or community banking environment. - Certification in financial planning or marketing. - Bilingual abilities to serve diverse member populations. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
