First Coast Ind. Electronics ( www.fcie.us ) is searching for qualified candidates for our Electronics Engineering Technician position(s). We are a electronics and engineering company that specializes in industrial controls. The available position is a permanent full time opening with benefits. Compensation will be adjusted according to the skill level, education and engineering background of the qualifying candidate(s). The salary range is from $22 to $35 per hour. Job Functions: • Board level diagnostics • Reverse engineering • schematic and wiring diagram interpretation • component testing • de-soldering & soldering (thru-hole and SMT) • PLC simulation, programming & diagnostic testing • Component level trouble-shooting with (multi-meter, oscilloscope, signal generator) • Repair logging (custom database) Requirements: • Must have SMT and Thru-hole soldering/de-soldering experience • Must be able to read / interpret schematics and wiring diagrams • Must have component level trouble-shooting experience • Must possess basic PC skills and aptitude • Simulation experience is a plus Education Requirement: • Must have a minimum of Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Education: • Associate (Required) Work Location: In person
