Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: North Carolina. This position is within DEPOSITS & SHARED SVCS DEPT and related to API development, the design, implementation, and support of our TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus. Ability to create conceptual end to end integration deliverables, technical specification documents and recommend high quality solutions for the TIBCO BW ESB integration platform. Ability to Analyze, code, test, and implement in coordination with management, associates, and end users while following the Enterprise SDLC. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed Responsibilities Implementation of integration services using TIBCO BW (8/9x), TIBCO EMS. Gap analysis of new requirements and documented solution options (change description, impact analysis, effort estimates) Issue/Bug investigation & resolution, Support Project team and Application Business Analysts. Functional mappings from specifications and/or business requirements; translate source/target schemas into transformation logic aligned with logistics processes and data standards. Assist Operations Team to resolve production escalation as and when needed. System Testing - Develops and oversees a comprehensive testing plan. Investigates, analyzes, and determines user needs. Verifies the successful implementation of software, patches, and upgrades. System Enhancement - Utilizes end user feedback and requests to develop system improvements that impact applications. Determines solutions for known issues and business needs. Coordinates with interface applications and other business units to verify request definitions, then makes appropriate system configuration or parameter changes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance Preferred Qualifications: Advanced experience with programming languages such Java. Experience in the Banking and Finance Industry Experience with Okta; SQL Scripting; Experience with ServiceNow or other information technology ticketing system Ability to build strong collaborative and productive relationships In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile) TIBCO BW (8/9x) and TIBCO EMS Integration tech: XML/XSD, JSON, REST/SOAP; messaging (JMS/EMS); SDLC & Ops: Git, CI/CD (e.g., pipelines, artifact repositories), environment configuration, packaging/deployment, logging/monitoring, troubleshooting.
