What We Do Provides leadership and strategic oversight for a broader or more complex operational function. They shape the functional roadmap, oversee the delivery of high-impact processes, and drive major improvement initiatives. The role influences cross-functional priorities and represents the function to senior stakeholders but does not directly manage staff. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE Develop and maintain the functional roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Oversee delivery of complex or high-risk operational processes, ensuring quality and resilience. Drive significant process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability. Provide insight and recommendations to senior leaders based on operational data and trends. Monitor functional KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed. Act as a key liaison across functions, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations. Support large-scale projects and transformation initiatives, representing the functional perspective. Provide guidance and mentoring to colleagues interacting with the function.
