Identify and onboard non-lender, non-merchant platforms for fintech financing integration, manage outreach and discovery conversations, collaborate on integration feasibility, and track partnership progress.
2-3 years in partnerships or business development in SaaS, fintech, or embedded solutions, ability to prospect and close platform relationships, familiarity with APIs and integration discussions, strong communication and presentation skills.
About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and resourceful Fintech Platform Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of our partner ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding non-lender, non-merchant platforms—such as vertical SaaS tools, marketplace platforms, or POS providers—that can benefit from embedding Finturf's financing infrastructure into their workflows. You’ll work closely with our product, integrations, and leadership teams to explore new channels and use cases, build partnerships, and oversee technical alignment from idea to signed agreement. What You'll Do • Proactively research and identify platforms that serve merchants or consumers where financing can be a value-add. • Develop and manage outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers at target platforms. • Lead discovery conversations to align on integration models and business value. • Collaborate with internal teams to scope integration feasibility and propose partnership terms. • Track partner pipeline, integration progress, and outcomes using internal tools and CRM. • Support technical alignment in early-stage discussions, translating platform needs into solution-fit concepts. What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform sales—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or embedded solutions. • Proven ability to prospect and close new platform relationships from scratch. • Familiarity with APIs and integration conversations—comfortable being the bridge between business and technical teams. • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey Finturf’s value across a variety of industries. • Creative thinker who can connect the dots between market needs and technical capabilities.
