We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho applications and a strong understanding of CRM best practices to support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities: • Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, and dashboards. • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) and third-party tools. • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decision-making. • Train and support internal teams on Zoho CRM usage and best practices. • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM system. • Stay updated with Zoho s latest features and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One suite. • Strong understanding of CRM processes and sales/marketing workflows. • Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and API integrations. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
