Candidates must have an active Tennessee LBA license and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism. Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions is required.

About the Role: KB Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Part-time hours available, Monday-Friday. This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team. Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism - Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans - Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients - Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health Skills: - Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism - Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions - Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans - Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation Job Types: Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week Benefits: Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Monday to Friday License/Certification: TN LBA (Required) Work Location: Remote #FinniHealth2025
