Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Location: Charlotte, NC We are seeking a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant to support face-to-face customer interactions at scheduled, on-site events in the Charlotte area. This is a full-time position suited to individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, discussing product information, and driving sales through direct interaction. About the Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Role As a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant, you will represent our client at organised, in-person event locations. The role focuses on customer engagement, clear communication, and delivering an excellent face-to-face sales experience. This position involves active participation in sales & marketing activities that support product promotion and customer understanding. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Sales • Welcome and engage customers at event locations. • Discuss customer needs and present suitable product options. • Communicate product features and promotional information clearly and accurately. • Support customers in making confident purchase decisions. • Contribute to achieving daily sales objectives through direct, customer-facing activity. • Assist with preparing and maintaining the event area to ensure an organised, professional presentation. • Participate in set-up and close-down procedures for each event. Qualifications • Strong face-to-face customer service abilities. • Confident communicator with the ability to explain product information clearly. • Comfortable working in an active environment where customer interaction drives results. • Experience in sales, customer service, or sales & marketing is beneficial but not required. • Multilingual candidates are welcome, as this can enhance customer communication.
