Position Overview Fine Tune is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to assist the Program Manager in the Energy and Utilities Services practice. This role will support the implementation and delivery of energy and utility bill pay program management services for Fine Tune clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with stakeholders. The Program Coordinator will contribute to process optimization, analytical tasks and client interactions. This fully remote role requires US residency. Responsibilities and Duties Manage client accounts to include onboarding new accounts, closing accounts, addressing invoice inquiries, facilitating payments and resolving client concerns Support the management of billing transitions and resolve issues related to missing invoices. Support Billing Analysts in the timely management of bill processing and retrieval Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the seamless implementation of utility bill payment program management Work closely with Program Manager in ongoing projects related to Bill Pay management process optimization and implementation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or 5+ years relevant work experience 5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experience Basic understanding of the energy industry Familiarity with utility bill management and payment processes Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment Benefits Health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance Health plan includes HSA and FSA options Paid time off and paid holidays 401K with employer match Competitive salary with bonus opportunities 40-50 hours/week This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow their expertise in energy and utilities bill pay management services while contributing to the success of Fine Tune’s Energy and Utilities practice.
