Job Description Invoice Auditing Analyst – Energy and Utilities Services This position will report to Fine Tune’s Senior Program Manager of Energy and Utilities Services. Position Overview Fine Tune is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Invoice Auditing Analyst to manage invoice approvals for its Bill Pay Clients in the Energy and Utilities Services practice. This role will support the implementation and delivery of energy and utility bill pay program management services for Fine Tune clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities and Duties Review, validate and approve utility invoice entries across multiple clients to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance with established bill pay processes. Identify discrepancies, missing invoices and data gaps; investigate root causes and coordinate resolution to prevent payment delays or errors. Partner closely with the Bill Pay Team to support timely utility payments and ensure invoice records are properly documented and entered. Monitor invoice workflows and payment statuses to support smooth day-to-day bill pay operations on behalf of clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation, transition and ongoing management of utility bill payment program. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to escalate issues, provide status updates and support continuous improvement of invoice auditing processes. May be asked to perform other related duties, special projects or operational support activities consistent with the scope and intent of the Invoice Auditing Analyst role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field Familiarity with utility bill management and payment processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment.
