Role Overview: As a Client Account Representative (Technical) at FSSI, you will be the primary liaison between our technical teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Your role is critical in managing client accounts, addressing technical inquiries, and supporting the successful execution of document outsourcing projects. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for technical account issues. - You will collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. - You will analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance service satisfaction. - You will prepare and deliver detailed reports and updates to clients regarding project status. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate these to management. - You will assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of technical processes. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues in the CRM system. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client account management or technical support roles. - Strong understanding of document management systems and outsourcing processes. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with financial, banking, or insurance industry clients. - Knowledge of data security and compliance standards relevant to document outsourcing. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. - Previous experience in an employee-owned company environment.
