Role Overview: As a Client Account Representative (Technical) at FSSI, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships while providing technical expertise to ensure seamless service delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day client communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to clients. - You will identify opportunities for account growth and work with sales teams to expand service offerings. - You will assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services. - You will maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical specifications, and service agreements. - You will participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project status and technical information. - You will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client account management, preferably in a technical or document services environment. - Strong understanding of technical processes related to document management and outsourcing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
