Role Overview: As a Client Account Representative (Technical) at FSSI, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships while providing technical support and solutions tailored to their needs. This position bridges the gap between client requirements and our service delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service quality. What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and service issues. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently. - You will analyze client data and feedback to recommend process improvements and technical solutions. - You will prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to clients and management. - You will assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services. - You will monitor service delivery metrics to maintain high standards of client satisfaction. - You will stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations. - You will support contract renewals and upsell opportunities by identifying client needs. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client account management or technical support roles. - Strong understanding of document management systems and outsourcing processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or similar software. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in financial or insurance sectors. - Knowledge of CRM software and technical ticketing systems. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in document handling. - Technical background or certifications related to IT or document management.
