Position Overview We’re seeking a client-focused Trust Officer (3+ years) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting high-net-worth client relationships while managing the complexities of fiduciary administration, estate planning, and wealth transfer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to make a meaningful impact on clients’ legacies while gaining exposure to business development and deepening expertise in trust and estate administration. Key Responsibilities: • Support the administration of trust accounts, estates, and fiduciary relationships, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary standards. • Assist senior officers with client relationship management, including preparing reports, attending client meetings, and responding to inquiries. • Collaborate with internal banking, legal, tax, and wealth management teams to deliver comprehensive client service. • Conduct research and prepare recommendations on trust structures, estate planning strategies, and fiduciary matters. • Monitor client accounts for accuracy, performance, and adherence to client objectives. • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting for all fiduciary accounts. Qualifications: • JD and/or other certifications (Preferred) • 3+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or related fiduciary services. • Familiarity with fiduciary principles, estate planning basics, and trust management practices.
