Since 2008, we’ve built trusted partnerships with Fortune 500 companies through our professional team, whose expertise spans law, class actions, restructuring, bankruptcy, accounting, and asset management. About the Role We exist to help businesses be more fiscally responsible—by identifying and recovering money they likely never realized they lost. As a Project Manager at FRS, you’ll make that mission real. You’ll manage class action settlement projects ranging from a few dozen to several thousand claims, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be assigned projects and take full ownership from kickoff through filing claims, curing deficiencies, receiving payments, and wrap-up. This role is ideal for someone who owns their work, communicates clearly, and proactively keeps projects moving. You’ll coordinate closely with Project Coordinators and Sales, guide project execution, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the process. This position may be hybrid or remote, based on your location; however, you must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Key Responsibilities • Take full ownership of each project and strive to ensure its success • Manage assigned projects through their full lifecycle • Support Sales effectively communicating with clients by providing regular project updates and guidance • Identify requirements and deadlines from court documents and translate them into internal actions • Coordinate and delegate tasks to Project Coordinators, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met • Manage communications with Claims Administrators to advocate for client claims and ensure accurate, timely information exchange • Use Excel to organize, analyze, and summarize client data in support of claim preparation and submission • Proactively identify next steps and actions to maintain momentum and meet deadlines Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in project management, client services, or operational roles • High attention to detail, with a deadline-driven work style • Strong task planning and delegation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to communicate complex, detailed projects in a clear and concise way that supports and empowers Sales teams • Functional typing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and summarize client data in support of claim preparation and submission • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with class action settlements or legal/claims documentation • Experience working across industries is highly valued—even outside of formal project roles • PMP or CAPM certification (a plus, not required) Why Join Us? • Mission-driven work with real financial outcomes for clients • A collaborative and supportive team environment • Remote flexibility or hybrid options depending on your location • Health Benefits / Vision & Dental • 401(k) with company contribution • Referral Bonus Program • 13 paid holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
