The Senior Coordinator is responsible for data input, data hygiene, analysis, and reporting for all components of Film at Lincoln Center’s database, Tessitura, that relate to donors and fundraising. This individual will play an integral role in the donor engagement strategy at FLC by helping to identify and track data to inform effective donor outreach and programs. They will compile reports to evaluate success and develop best practices for optimal donor engagement. This individual will also support the day-to-day functions of the donor engagement team by tracking project status and deliverables. Primary Duties: Data Collection & Input • Manage department functions in donor database: • Input donor data • Review, clean, and organize donor records and corresponding data • Pull data for list creation, as needed • Process, track and report memberships and financial contributions in database • Collaborate with Finance team to reconcile and update financial trackers • Process quarterly payments for members • Send tax acknowledgements and thank you letters to donors • Reconcile weekly memberships and send welcome letters, digital membership cards and tax acknowledgements • Collaborate with Systems Team on database validation, testing and implementation of new functionality and provide training / technical assistance to other members of the team Data Analysis and Strategic Reporting • Collaborate with team to identify donor engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Develop process / documents for tracking and reporting KPIs • Create and regularly maintain reports, including authentication of results • Collaborate with team to analyze results and apply learnings to future planning initiatives • Generate ad-hoc reports • Independently research, learn, and implement new data collection ideas / reports Project Management • Manage and update workback schedules and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met • Organize meetings and produce follow-up notes / next steps • Assist with preparation of documents and presentations required for internal meetings • Develop and maintain documentation of learned skills and processes for future reference and training purposes • Manage inventory of donor collateral (membership brochures, punch cards, etc) • Assist, as necessary, with event invite lists, managing RSVPs, inputting reserved seating or ticketing needs • Assist with check-in or other on-site needs at events (occasional evening work required) • Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience tracking data • At least 2 years of experience working in Tessitura: donor records, memberships, contributions, lists, dashboards, reports • Proficiency managing and analyzing data in Excel / Google Sheets Required Skills • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing program requirements • Curiosity and a passion for learning new ideas and skills • Demonstrated ability to self-teach and independently acquire new skills and knowledge • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment • Exceptionally detail-oriented • Demonstrated enthusiasm for team’s work and passion for film/the arts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to engage confidently with donors and customers on the phone and in-person This position is represented by UAW 2110.
