Settlement & Post-Resolution Support • Assist in preparing disbursement statements and requesting lien reductions. • Draft and track settlement paperwork. • Maintain records of disbursements for compliance and accountability. Qualifications: • JD candidate, recent law graduate, or highly motivated paralegal. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Tech-savvy (Filevine experience is a plus). • Eager to learn PI practice and grow into a long-term role. Why Join Us? • Hands-on exposure to personal injury practice in SC, GA, and TX. • Direct training and mentorship from attorneys. • Growth track: with consistent performance, this role can develop into an Associate Attorney position. • Collaborative, bilingual team culture. • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
