Figma is a company focused on making design accessible to all, and they are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead their team of recruiters and sourcers supporting Engineering. The role involves developing staffing strategies, collaborating with leadership, and enhancing recruiting processes to attract exceptional talent. Responsibilities • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
