As a Digital Content Manager, you'll join the Web Experience team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience across all web surfaces. In this role, you'll help scale and manage Figma.com by developing effective processes and frameworks, driving cross-functional collaboration, and owning go-to-market strategies. You'll play a vital role in crafting outstanding web experiences, aiding in our conversion efforts and growing our web presence globally. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: • Work alongside a team of talented individuals to grow and optimize our web marketing presence by producing web pages in the Figma.com CMS • Serve as the internal CMS expert by developing instructional content and toolkits that empower teams across the company to self-serve their own web publishing • Manage the content request intake process to ensure submissions are tracked, reviewed, and prioritized efficiently • Identify, define, and document new site features and functionality to support business and user needs • Design and implement processes and programs that improve efficiency both within the web team and in cross-functional collaboration • Partner closely with the web development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and site enhancements • Act as the main contact for web requests, setting up an efficient process for gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and providing status updates • Collaborate with brand, UX, editorial, product marketing, and other teams to develop and execute web marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across core user paths We'd love to hear from you if you have: • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, site performance analysis, SEO, and website analytics • Background in website management, content management systems, and familiarity with web development • Proven track record of launching large projects, developing processes, and managing multiple content requests with competing deadlines • Partnered closely with engineering, brand, UX, and different teams to produce meaningful results At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
