• Legal Recruiter • Up to $75k base + 50% commission + LTIP • New York | Hybrid (3 days Midtown office) We’re working with a high-performing international search firm that’s reshaping executive hiring in the legal space. With private equity backing, a proven UK reputation, and ambitious expansion plans in the US, this is a rare chance to help scale a specialist desk with built-in demand. You’ll join a lean and mature NYC team that values expertise, trust, and collective wins — not micromanagement. The Senior Legal Recruiter will co-pilot a key desk alongside a Director, tapping into live mandates and expanding relationships across law firms and financial institutions. It’s a platform with headroom for leadership and real P&L influence — ideal for a recruiter who wants more than just billing.
