You’ll join a lean and mature NYC team that values expertise, trust, and collective wins — not micromanagement. The Senior Legal Recruiter will co-pilot a key desk alongside a Director, tapping into live mandates and expanding relationships across law firms and financial institutions. It’s a platform with headroom for leadership and real P&L influence — ideal for a recruiter who wants more than just billing.
