THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR LOCAL STAFF ONLY! No travel accommodations will be provided. Fierce Staffing Services is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and professional teammates to join us for the 2026 Super Bowl Experience at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA! As a member of our team, you’ll help create unforgettable fan experiences by engaging with attendees, assisting with event activities, and ensuring everyone enjoys their time at this world-class event. You’ll need to bring positive energy, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with large crowds. Key Responsibilities • Greet and engage with fans to ensure an exceptional experience. • Provide helpful information and customer service to attendees. • Assist with crowd management, event flow, and answering fan inquiries. • Support various activity zones to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications • Customer service, hospitality, or event staffing experience preferred. • Comfortable working in large crowds and high-energy environments. • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). • Must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts during event week. • Must attend mandatory in-person training prior to the event (multiple session options may be available). Schedule & Availability • Event Dates: Sunday, February 1, 2026 – Saturday, February 7, 2026 • Shifts will be scheduled throughout event week. • Open availability during these dates is strongly preferred. • Exact training times and shift schedules will be provided closer to the event. Attire • All-black business casual attire with comfortable closed-toe shoes. • Branded gear may be provided for certain roles.
