Fields BMW Winter Park is seeking a positive team leader to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! The Field Technician handles complex, escalated technical issues remotely and on-site, focusing on planned tasks, hardware deployment, and OEM tools. The role supports DMS systems (CDK/Reynolds), dealer-specific equipment, and incident response. Responsibilities • Perform on-site support for escalated issues, scheduled tasks, and OEM tools. • Deploy hardware (e.g., switches, computers, phones) without network configuration. • Conduct advanced remote troubleshooting (including DMS) and re-imaging. • Coordinate vendor site visits and assist in site surveys. • Contribute to project discovery and execution (e.g., rollouts). • Escalate directly to specialists with IT Manager oversight. • Respond promptly to critical incidents (e.g., outages) per defined response times. Required Experience & Skills • IT support or field experience. • Proficient in Windows, macOS, iOS troubleshooting. • Familiar with M365, VoIP, ticketing systems. • Knowledge of DMS (CDK/Reynolds) and OEM tools. • Strong planning, vendor coordination, and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+), preferred, not required.
