Job Title: US Sales Manager Are you a U.S. citizen? The position is exclusively available for individuals with American citizenship, so please apply only if you meet this criterion. Our range of products includes Tillers, Cutters, Disc Harrows, Plows, No Till Drills, and other 3 Pt implements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the designated region. Job Summary: As a Sales Manager in the United States, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales activities to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Job Location : Southeastern United States Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives in US. • Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and evaluate competitive landscape. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors. • Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions. • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Market Intelligence: • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's agriculture equipment product portfolio. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. • Provide feedback from the field to assist in product development and improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the agriculture equipment industry.
