Serve as a Workday subject matter expert to gather requirements, configure, test, implement solutions, develop reports, and support end-users.
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years Workday experience and training, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently remotely, Workday certification preferred.
FIDESis seeking Workday Functional Analysts to support across four key functional areas: Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance (FIN), Payroll, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This will include working with domain-specific and cross-functional teams to support the implementation and optimization of Workday within a client environment. Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert in one of the following Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations. • Design, test, and implement Workday solutions tailored to client needs. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. • Provide end-user support and training as needed. • Stay updated with Workday releases and best practices to recommend enhancements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of Workday experience and training required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. • Workday certification in the relevant module is a plus. • Healthcare experience is a plus.
