Job Description: Position Description: Develops, maintains, and provides quality assurance testing and production support. Drives the mission, vision, and delivery of the product, including business stakeholder management, system analysis, business requirements elicitation, problem-solving, and resource workload management. Designs, develops, deploys a range of brokerage technology solutions. Develops comprehensive product roadmaps and provides strategic direction to align with a deep understanding of business user needs and technological requirements. Collaborates with business stakeholders to conduct requirement gathering and evaluation of issues for existing and developing applications. Participates in design, design review, code review, and implementation activities for the team. Primary Responsibilities: • Executes migration activities. • Sets, refines, and communicates the team strategy and mission in alignment with product area strategy and mission. • Creates, maintains, and communicates the multi-year product roadmap. • Translates strategic objectives and initiatives into well-defined epics and stories. • Owns and enables delivery of credit risk products and technology solutions with quality standards. • Ensures changes are delivered in accordance with service levels. • Adheres to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. • Participates in process improvement initiatives. • Provides subject matter expertise and consultations to customers and business partners. • Identifies value added opportunities in current development process that could achieve efficiencies or savings. • Develops and enhances business logic to bring new user experiences. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or closely related occupation) building applications and workflows to enhance the User Experience (UX) and large-scale systems analysis of credit risk functions, within a financial services risk domain. Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or closely related occupation) building applications and workflows to enhance the User Experience (UX) and large-scale systems analysis of credit risk functions, within a financial services risk domain. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: • Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) breaking down complex processes and laying down road maps for execution; ensuring products are in alignment with defined policies and procedures; establishing full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms (Global Credit Risk and Riskworkstation); accepting and signing off on releases and identifying ways to minimize technical debts, using Confluence, Draw.io, Jira align, Java, and PLSQL. • DE performing risk assessment and risk management strategies for Credit Risk projects; planning and coordinating project schedules and assignments for multiple projects; providing technology solutions for issues and estimating technical evaluation requirements for technology initiatives, using Jira Align, Jira user board for defining technical stories, and technical specifications document. • DE displaying new functionality for stakeholders to receive feedback and approval; executing customer commitment testing, signing off, and rolling out strategy, using Power Point for feature build with Angular, GitHub, Jira Scrum board, Fusion, and System Install Checklist. • DE performing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins, U-deploy, and Cloud service providers -- Amazon Web Services (AWS); and deploying enterprise integration patterns using Java, Spring/SpringBoot Framework, Shell Scripting, and PLSQL.
