What You'll Do: - You will monitor and patrol company premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the safety of all personnel. - You will respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing effective resolution and support. - You will collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. - You will conduct regular security inspections and report any vulnerabilities or hazards. - You will assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. - You will maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. - You will provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with security-related inquiries. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with security best practices and technologies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement roles. - Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and safety protocols. - Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups. - Proficiency in using security technology such as surveillance systems and access control. - Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment. - Certification in security or law enforcement training programs. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to security. - First aid and CPR certification.
