What You'll Do: - You will monitor and patrol Fidelity premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the safety of all personnel. - You will respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing effective resolution and support. - You will collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. - You will conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety protocols. - You will maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. - You will assist in training new security staff and participate in ongoing professional development. - You will enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety. - You will provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with security-related inquiries. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement roles. - Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and safety protocols. - Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic proficiency with security technology and surveillance systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in security or law enforcement (e.g., CPP, PSP). - Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment. - First aid and CPR certification. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to security.
