What You'll Do: - You will monitor and patrol Fidelity premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. - You will respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, providing effective resolution. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance security measures. - You will conduct regular inspections and report any safety hazards or suspicious activities. - You will assist in access control by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry. - You will maintain detailed records of security activities and incidents. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on security best practices. - You will provide excellent customer service while enforcing security policies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in security or related field. - Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. - Proficiency with security technology and surveillance systems. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a financial services or corporate environment. - Certification in CPR, First Aid, or related safety training. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
