What You'll Do: - You will monitor and patrol company premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. - You will respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, providing effective resolution. - You will collaborate with team members and management to identify and mitigate potential security risks. - You will conduct regular inspections and report any safety hazards or breaches. - You will assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents. - You will provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with security-related inquiries. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with security best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field. - Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. - Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups. - Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance equipment. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment. - Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other emergency response training. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to security. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
