Job Description: The Role If you are dynamic, able to drive transformation, and thrive on managing key relationships, this Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology (ET) Vendor Data Strategy role may be just what you are looking for! Fidelity's ET organization is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Manager to lead the execution of our vendor data strategy. This role will be responsible for building and managing the data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and analytics that support vendor performance, risk, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, enterprise technology, and vendor ecosystems, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. In this role, you will: - Develop and lead the vendor data strategy, ensuring alignment with ET's strategic goals and enterprise data standards. - Design and maintain data models and dashboards that provide actionable insights into vendor performance, spend, risk, and pipeline health. - Partner with vendor managers, technology leaders, and enterprise data teams to ensure consistent data definitions, sources, and reporting standards. - Establish data governance practices for vendor-related data, including quality controls, metadata management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Support strategic vendor initiatives by providing data-driven analysis for sourcing decisions, renewals, and performance reviews. - Enable predictive analytics and scenario modeling to support vendor planning and risk mitigation. - Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Ariba, Tableau, internal financial systems) to create a unified vendor intelligence platform. - Collaborate with the Enterprise Vendor Management team to ensure consistency in reporting and alignment with enterprise-wide vendor strategy. - Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and automation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The Value You Deliver - Ensure vendor compliance with Fidelity policies, procedures, and standards - Oversee, measure, and report vendor performance relative to contracted expectations; including matrixed responsibilities for supplier management activities in Risk Management, Supply Management, and Legal - Lead assessment of vendor risk and monitor vendor financial viability, resiliency, and management stability - Drive continuous improvement with all key suppliers through effective project lifecycle management and business process engineering efforts The Expertise and Skills You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification in data analytics preferred. - 7+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or technology operations, preferably in a vendor management or enterprise technology context. - Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python). - Experience working with vendor management systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Ariba, SAP). - Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and executive-level reporting. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong program management skills to contribute to business profitability through supplier related financial improvements, proactively identifying and mitigating vendor risk, and driving flawless vendor execution, efficiency and value. The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
