Job Description: As a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on Advanced Analytics initiatives and programs supporting Marketing. These initiatives will drive optimization and efficiency for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) Marketing across all channels (Paid, Owned, Earned, and Shared) and a diverse array of tactics. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. This is an opportunity to provide your insights and enable Workplace Investments to make the data-driven decisions required to meet their strategic objectives. The Expertise We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5+ years of experience. Knowledge of statistical and econometric methods and techniques including experimental design (RCTs/lift studies), Difference-in-Differences; Regression Discontinuity, Synthetic Control, and Bayesian time series modeling. In depth knowledge of Marketing Analytics and at least one of the following: incrementality testing, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and omni-channel customer journey mapping. Ability to translate model outputs into actionable insights for budget allocation and optimization. Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge of SQL to clean, transform, manipulate, and merge large datasets from multiple sources. Proficiency in Python or R. Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics. Working experience with Tableau or Power BI. Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting and delivering presentations that clearly convey the key insights to senior stakeholders. Understanding of B2C marketing concepts such as segmentation and personalization. Financial industry experience, a plus. Experience with cloud tools/platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker) for model deployment, a plus. You have knowledge of analytic technology software, platforms, and languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics) You know how to acquire data from multiple sources/environments and transform it for analytics. You have experience conducting advanced cross-channel analytics to provide a holistic view of customer engagement across digital and offline touchpoints. You know how to design and implement models to accurately assess the impact of marketing efforts across channels. You understand how to map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys to uncover opportunities for optimization and improved user experience. You understand how to leverage qualitative data to identify opportunity areas. You can think on your feet and respond effectively when priorities change. How Your Work Impacts the Organization Workplace Investing Data and Analytics is the analytics discipline responsible for developing and deploying analytic solutions to drive actionable intelligence, transformative insights, automation, and effective control in support of Workplace Investments business units, clients, and Fidelity. Certifications: Category: Business Analytics and Insights Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
