What You'll Do: - You will provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding their financial accounts and services. - You will assist clients in resolving account issues and processing transactions efficiently. - You will educate customers on Fidelity’s products and services to help them make informed financial decisions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements. - You will adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements to protect client information and company integrity. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist diverse clients. - You possess basic knowledge of financial products and a keen interest in personal finance. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling customer issues. - You are comfortable using technology and various software applications to manage customer accounts. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or client-facing financial role. - Familiarity with Fidelity’s products and services. - Certification or coursework related to finance or customer service. - Bilingual abilities to support a diverse client base.
