What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and financial software. - You possess a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
